T he research is in: teams made up of people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and decision making styles produce innovative solutions. Diverse teams are highly creative teams that provide organizational value. But only when managed properly. Sometimes our differences – not just in ethnicity, but in age, gender and even work styles – can lead to behaviors that cause conflict, frustration and hurt feelings. Team cohesion suffers, and productivity can plummet. The secret to managing diverse teams is simple: create and maintain an inclusive work culture that respects, values and utilizes the strengths of all global team members.

Our Diversity Advantage program introduces leading edge brain research that explains how our brains work, and how we can use new insights about our mental processes to effectively navigate diverse work teams.
